She started doing light exercise, using medical guidelines of what her capabilities where whilst on Chemotherapy, this made it quite difficult at times (for example not being allowed to swim) but she managed to overcome this. After a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, she found it difficult completing simple tasks, like picking up her newborn child, during her recovery period she was only given a booklet of exercise and seen twice by the Physiotherapist whilst in the hospitals care. The physiotherapists resources are stretched to the point where people feel like they are being left behind and not getting back to pre-operation movements, Doctors are referring more and more patients everyday for exercise, and whilst most people don't like the idea of going to the gym, this is where Phoenix Sports Injuries can help. We can assist you in the comfort of your own home.
